More worlds to color. Animal adventures, faraway places, and a little magic. Our other series are taking shape, too.

Psst… you can color the covers, too.

    A little extra care

    Look closely. We did.

A great coloring page starts with a little extra care. Clear lines. Room for little hands. Characters worth getting to know. Here’s what we look for as we turn a first sketch into a finished book.

    1. Closed shapes and generous spaces for little hands.
    2. Characters that feel like friends, from the first rally to the last.
    3. Clear black lines, ready for a kid’s own colors.
    4. A story to discover. A little something to learn along the way.

    Made with care, by us

    Two friends,
    one small press.

    For little hands. Big imaginations.

At First Sight Press is two friends making the coloring books we kept wishing we could buy.

We use AI drawing tools to get to a first sketch, and we say so. Then the slow part starts. We redraw what's off, close every line, and throw out more pages than we keep.

Before a book goes on sale we order a printed copy and color it ourselves, with real crayons and real markers. If a page isn't fun to color, it doesn't go in.
